Jan had prepared a wonderful dinner. The boys ate as if they were starving. Aimee ate like a little bird. Then we opened Christmas gifts. The best gift was having the three of them with us. When the Goodmans get together in Columbia, SC on the Saturday after Christmas, we will see them again. You just can't celebrate family too much! Next up is Christmas Eve Service with Nick visiting us.

Minnesota visit 12/6-12/10
Our Christmas season started with a visit from Tony and family from Minnesota. Tony is Jan's oldest sister's (Jane) second son. Tony, Maggie, and Nicholas arrived on Saturday 12/6. We rested on Saturday before viviting with Grandmother Elizabeth on Sunday. We had Sunday lunch with her at the Presbyterian Home in Clinton, SC.
We had a super time with young Nicholas. He was full of energy and never ran down. Jan had borrowed a crib, and toys from our church for him. At the home he used Grandmothers walker as a wagon and we pushed all over the place.

Day 1 More
We were able to spend time with all five grand daughters this year for the first time ever. The girls on the front are Jada and Layla. They are Rick's girls. Those on the second row are Jeff's girls- Cameron, Courtney, and Kyndal. They all live in Florida. Courtney is a freshman in college, Cameron is a ninth grader, and Kyndal is in the sixth grade. Layla is in the second grade and Jada is in kindergarden. The second photo shows that Jan and I were actually there.
