Granddaddy got to hold Stella for about 30 minutes. Grandmother and Aimee were preparing dinner. Stella has been rebelling against using a bottle. She only wants her mom. So now Matthew has the task of giving her a bottle while Aimee leaves the room. So we got to hear a lot of crying from that baby.
Here she is with her dad. Everyone is happy here.

Life is still good but feeding time is almost here.

Bottle feeding has started. It took almost 45 minutes for her to drink the required amount of milk. She would take a couple of sucks and then cry. But Dad would hold and cuddle her and success finally came.

She is totally pooped out. She has her hands resting comfortably on her tummy. We finally got to eat our supper. We left Rock Hill about 8:15pm. Life is good.

Morgan and Todd's Wedding - September 17

We had a great time in Florida at the wedding of Todd and Morgan. We started off Thursday night at their home with a chili supper. Their moms had prepared chili with all the trimmings. We were able to meet family and friends from the other side of the aisle. Then on Friday morning the guys played golf and the bridal luncheon was held. Friday night was the rehersal dinner at Pusser's Caribbean Grill. It was a super meal and evening. Then the wedding was on Saturday at 5:00PM at the Marsh Landing Country Club. There were about 100 in attendance. We got them married and we danced the night away. The happy couple flew off to Las Vegas for their honeymoon. The rest of us traveled home for some rest. Congraulations to Morgan and Todd. And thanks to their parents for a wonderful weekend.

The Rehersal Party

This is the Groom's cake. Todd is a fisherman. The cake had one layer of cheesecake and then a top layer of white cake. Very delicious. Joyce and Eddie Mack were the hosts for the rehersal party. The meal was superb. There were four entrees to choose from. Grayson had the meat loaf which the restaurant was famous for. Jan went for the shrimp and chicken.
Todd was mingling with all. Here he is with Holly.
